처제의 추천으로 정 선생님께 스케일링&충치&크라운 치료를 받게 되었습니다.
무엇보다 선생님께서 너무 친절하시고 꼼꼼하셔서 놀랐습니다.
자기 가족을 치료하시듯 신경 써서 치료 해 주셨고, 바쁜 저의 일정에 맞춰서 예약을 잡아 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.
한국말도 영어도 너무 완벽하게 잘 하셔서 의사소통이 편했고, 치료부터 보험까지 알기 쉽게 설명을 해 주셔서 너무 좋았습니다.

My sister-in-law recommended Dr. Anna Chung for teeth cleaning, decay treatment and dental crown.
I was very impressed by how friendly, yet professional and thorough Dr. Chung was.
She paid attention to even a very small detail and treated me as if I was her own family.
She worked around my busy schedule and got the job done quickly.
She speaks fluent English and Korean which was a plus, and she took time to explain treatment procedures and insurance details so that was nice as well.

제 아들이 닥터 정한테 충치 치료 넘 잘 받아서 가족을 이쪽으로 옮기기로 했습니다. 조그만 오피스지만 다 최신 기계들로 장비되어 있구 애들도 티비 같은거 보면서 잘 하더군요. 산호제 까지 가지 않아도 돼서 다행입니다. 닥터 세라분은 교정 정문선생님이신데 강추입니다. 필요없는거 하지 않아도 된다고 설명하시고, 정직하시고 필요한건 차근차근 말해주시고, 가격도 맘에 들구요. |

얼마 전 우리딸 exam받고, 교정 상담하고 바로 시작했는데요. exam해주신 선생님하고 교정선생님 모두 친절하시고 세세히 잘 설명해 주셔서 믿음이 가더라고요. 꼼꼼하신게 눈에 보였어요. 무엇보다 한국말, 영어 소통이 되서 편했고요, 저한테는 한국말로 설명해주시고 딸한테는 또 영어로 주의사항같은거 설명해주셔서 너무 감사하더라고요. 동생이 편해보였는지 교정 안한다고 하던 울 아들도 하겠다고 하네요! ㅎㅎ |

Top-notch dentists in a small friendly office! I was recommended to see them from a friend of mine and I am happy overall. Don't let this old building fool you, this office is packed with new equipment and machines, and has a TV screen in the room to play my son's favorite movies. My son cried on the way to the appointment, but Dr. Anna Chung put him at ease. She took the time to engage him and made him feel comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that he got in the chair and got some work done. My younger daughter was in the room watching and wanted to be worked on too! What's crazy it that they have another Dr. Chung there (I asked if they're twins, yes they are) and she did a free ortho consult on the same day for my son. Got a great deal of info on what he needs and their price seems really good. I have no concerns bringing them here again. |

한국에서 미국으로 와서 어느 치과로 다녀야 할지 걱정했는데 정승은 종합치과에서 친절히 해 주었습니다. 보험이 안 좋아서 돈 많이 나갈까봐 걱정되었는데 첫 exam을 공짜로 해주셨네요 ㅎㅎ 스케일링도 잘 받았고 가격도 저렴해서 추천합니다. 게다가 정승은 치과의사 선생님 동생분이 교정 전문의시라 아이들 교정 상담도 받아 보았는데 아이 둘 중 한명은 아직 시작하기 이르다고 필요하신 치료만 설명하시더군요. 그래서 믿고 아이들 교정도 여기서 시작하기로 했습니다. *^^* |
